Established in 1997, The Fascia Place Ltd (TFP) is one of the United Kingdom’s largest independent suppliers and manufacturers of low-maintenance building products. The company operates a network of 13 specialist trade counters and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility known as "Our Factory," which opened in 2019. This facility enables the firm to produce high-quality, modern window, door, and roof lantern systems for trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts. TFP maintains over 4,000 stocked product lines, sourcing materials from leading UK manufacturers to support new builds, renovations, and home improvement projects.

The company’s extensive inventory covers the entire external envelope of a building. Key product categories include roofline essentials such as fascias, soffits, and capping, alongside comprehensive guttering systems available in UPVC, aluminium, and cast iron. Their roofing portfolio encompasses flat roofing systems, felt, lead, and roof lights. For structural and aesthetic upgrades, TFP provides internal and external cladding, composite decking, and underground drainage solutions. All UPVC and composite doors supplied by the company are Yale SensCheck ready as standard, allowing for seamless smart sensor integration.

Specialized offerings include the TFP Preferred Range of composite doors, designed with simplified pricing and shortened lead times for popular styles. The company also supplies the UniFOLD HI bi-fold door, featuring a snap-in pre-gasketed glazing bead and slim 110mm sightlines to reduce installation time. Operating from Monday to Saturday, TFP provides free local delivery services and technical support through its dedicated technical centre, serving as a one-stop shop for building, roofing, and window products.
