Specialist Hygienic Cladding and Building Maintenance Services#

THC Midlands Ltd is a family-run building company established in 1982, specializing in the installation of hygienic cladding and comprehensive building maintenance solutions. Based in Derbyshire, the company serves clients throughout the UK, operating primarily in highly regulated environments such as healthcare and medical facilities, food and drink processing plants, and industrial manufacturing sites. Their core expertise lies in creating and maintaining hygienic environments that meet strict safety and sanitation standards through the use of advanced materials and professional installation techniques.

The company offers a diverse range of technical cladding services, including hygienic wall and ceiling installation, external cladding, and temperature control cladding. They are authorized installers of the Securiclad panel system and provide solid PVC wall protection tailored to specific industry requirements. In addition to cladding, THC Midlands Ltd delivers extensive facility support services such as hygienic doors and windows, flooring solutions, and specialized groundwork and drainage services. Their maintenance division also handles technical repairs for loading docks and general building fabric improvements.

Operating as an extension of their clients' internal teams, the firm focuses on minimizing operational disruption during project execution. They maintain consistency in service by deploying the same highly trained operatives to recurring sites to foster long-term working relationships. Their portfolio covers projects for national infrastructure, the public sector, and retail distribution centers. THC Midlands Ltd provides end-to-end project management, from initial free surveys and fast quotations to the final delivery of complex refurbishment and redesign projects.
