Greenoak Concept & Design is an independent, family-run home improvement specialist based in Westcliff-on-Sea, serving homeowners across Essex, Kent, and London. With over 45 years of collective industry experience, the company focuses on providing high-quality external renovations. As the only officially approved James Hardie Plank contractor in Essex, the firm specializes in external wall cladding, including Hardie VL Plank, Cedral Click, and Cedral Lap options. Their showroom allows customers to view products firsthand before committing to a project, supported by a team that does not work on commission to ensure a no-pressure sales environment.

The company offers a comprehensive range of glazing solutions, featuring energy-efficient double and triple glazing. Their window selection includes uPVC casement, flush sash, and Resurgence flush sash styles, alongside Sheerline aluminium windows. For property access and security, they install composite doors, uPVC doors, French doors, patio doors, and aluminium bi-folding doors. Additionally, the business provides specialized services for tiled conservatory roofs and Supalite aluminium frame replacements, designed to transform existing conservatories into functional year-round living spaces like orangeries.

Beyond doors and windows, Greenoak Concept & Design handles exterior maintenance and structural upgrades, including fascias, soffits, and guttering as an official Kestrel Independent Registered Installer. Their portfolio also encompasses garage conversions, electric garage doors, and the installation of uPVC, composite, and timber decking. All installations are backed by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee through Homepro and Certass. The company maintains high service ratings on platforms such as Trustpilot and TrustATrader, reflecting their commitment to technical proficiency and customer after-sales care.
